You could try to roast the coffee again, but this is only if the raw coffee already has a good flavor. So unless you’re willing to pay the price to go through the trouble of buying the raw coffee again, there’s really nothing to do about it. All that we can do is enjoy the coffee after waiting under the rain. But of course, I was still excited about it, being a nerd about coffee at heart.
